Right now the packages conflict in filenames, but are not obsoleted by
the new packages. I can add a with option to temporarily comment out the
compat packages, but will upgrades be smooth in this case?

The jbossas packages wants framework 4.1.5 and logkit 1.2. Otherwise,
we'd ideally switch to the new excalibur packages for everything.

Also, I think avalon-framework has a few newer versions than the 4.1.5
it claims to have in the excalibur spec (4.2.x or later).
