I know we talked about removing them but I couldn't find anything
official on list.  They should be removed, as people rebuilding
JPackage packages are not JPackage or the JPackage Project.
Personally I'd rather keep them in ~/.rpmmacros only unless there is a
compelling reason not to, but if we really feel like they need to
exist we should probably do what they do in cAos specs (just as an
example):

Vendor: %{?_vendorinfo:%{_vendorinfo}}%{!?_vendorinfo:%{_vendor}}
Distribution:
%{?_distribution:%{_distribution}}%{!?_distribution:%{_vendor}}
